ABOUT THOMAS
Thomas McMillan is passionate about helping men become
the men God created them to be.
For more than 30 years, Thomas has served in men’s ministry, equipping men to lead with courage, live with purpose,
and make a lasting difference in their homes, churches,
workplaces, and communities.
A dynamic speaker, teacher, and leadership trainer,
Thomas regularly speaks at Iron Sharpens Iron Men’s Conferences and men’s events throughout the country. He also serves as
Pastor of Men’s Spiritual Formation at Emmanuel Baptist Church
in Newington, Connecticut, where he is committed to helping
men grow deeper in their faith and stronger in their leadership.
Thomas brings a unique blend of biblical truth, practical wisdom, humor, and real-life experience to everything he does.
His goal is simple: to challenge, encourage, and equip men to live out their God-given purpose and influence the
people around them well.
Thomas has been married to Laurie, the love of
his life, for 45 years. Together they have three adult children
and four grandchildren—his greatest investment and greatest joy.
